Guided tours in Valga City

Thematic guided tours in the city of Valga are intended for students from the final grades of basic school and for visitors to the city.

The guided tours last about one hour. For students, the tours are free of charge, as they are funded by the cultural backpack program or as agreed with the school.

If the same class has already attended museum lessons twice during the academic year, any additional lessons throughout the year are completely free of charge.

At the end of the lesson, students complete a worksheet. For visitors, the guided tour is provided according to the price list.

3. LITERARY WALK IN VALGA – the walk starts at the Valga Museum, continues through Säde Park, and ends on E. Enno Street near the school. During the lesson, you will learn which Estonian writers are connected to Valga, where the libraries and printing houses were located, why Kungla Street was once called Pushkin Street, etc.
